Part-time - short-term to Oct 2026, About the job Company Description Sustain the Change Ltd is a young, purpose-driven consultancy founded in 2024 by Scott Duncan. The business supports community development, social value, and sustainability projects across Renfrewshire and Scotland. As a neurodivergent founder with ADHD and dyslexia, Scott uses Access to Work to help manage workload, organisation, and project delivery while continuing to support local charities and community organisations. Initially, this is on a short-term basis until around Oct 2026. Role Description I’m looking to work with a self-employed support worker for up to 8 hours per week who can help me stay organised, focused, and on top of admin, projects, and day-to-day tasks. This support is funded through the UK Access to Work scheme and is designed to help me manage the practical impacts of ADHD and dyslexia while running my business. Experience or Qualifications Essential Registered as self-employed and able to invoice for your time Strong general IT skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to break tasks into simple, manageable steps Confident using email, calendars, shared documents and basic digital tools Reliable, patient and comfortable working alongside a neurodivergent person Good communication skills, especially for clarifying tasks and helping plan workloads Flexible in your approach Able to take responsibility for your own workload Willing to learn Desirable (but not required) Experience supporting people with ADHD and/or dyslexia Background in admin, support work, coaching or PA roles Familiar of the Access to Work process Experience with tools like MS Teams, OneDrive and AI tools If in doubt about the relevance of your experience, please get in touch, as I want to recruit people with a learning, supportive and flexible approach.
